Ce projet vise à favoriser une reconnexion personnelle et collective avec la nature en utilisant le parallèle entre l’épanouissement des plantes et l’épanouissement de soi. Après avoir planté, soigné et récolté les fruits de votre travail, le partage de la récolte permet de créer des tisanes et des recettes qui profitent à l’ensemble du groupe. Se recentrer et trouver son bien-être implique de soutenir le bien-être de toutes. Prenez du temps pour vous et vos plantes. Rencontrez, discutez et échangez sur l’écoféminisme dans le cadre d’ateliers et d’événements. Un effort de collaboration dans lequel chaque contribution individuelle profite à tous.

Refocusing and finding your wellbeing includes supporting the wellbeing of all. Take time for yourself and your plants. Meet, discuss and share about ecofeminism in workshops and events. A collaborative effort in which each individual contribution benefits everyone. This project is organized by Sweet Josephine and supported by Transition Minett. Looking to volunteer?
